The role we are hiring for:

We are seeking an ambitious account executive to grow our recruitment listings, develop strategic partnerships and deliver meaningful revenue results.

You will be the driving force behind our recruitment listings growth. Responsible for bringing employers and recruitment agencies onto the platform and keeping them active. This is a relationship driven, high-activity role for someone who thrives on making connections and hitting volume targets.

What you’ll be doing:

Your day to day will involve: 

  • Proactively prospecting companies that are hiring using signals like LinkedIn job activity, company growth news and funding announcements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment clients, building and managing relationships throughout their organisations
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of employer accounts from first contact through to listing and beyond with our CRM Hubspot.
  • Driving the number of job listings on the Agrirecruit platform as a primary success metric
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and recruitment developments within the agri sector
  • From time to time, representing Agrirecruit at events and exhibitions
  • Feeding employer and recruiter feedback back to the product and marketing teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, ideally in recruitment,media or a listings-based platform.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment landscape is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills, you’ll be on calls, meetings and inboxes constantly
  • A natural relationship builder who can maintain a large book of contacts without dropping the ball.
  • A full clean driver's license and willing to travel when required

What success looks like:

  • A growing number of active employer accounts posting roles on the platform
  • Strong retention of existing listing customers month on month
  • A healthy pipeline of agencies and employers at various stages of engagement
