PÖTTINGER Ireland is continuing to grow, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Aftersales Service Manager to 
join our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our dealer network, driving customer 
satisfaction, and promoting the PÖTTINGER brand throughout Ireland.

Responsibilities
• Be the primary aftersales and product support specialist for PÖTTINGER dealers throughout Ireland.
• Provide technical support and guidance across product sales, aftersales processes and warranty matters.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, customers and stakeholders at all levels through effective customer relationship 
management (CRM).
• Support the continued development and performance of the dealer network within your territory.
• Plan, organise and deliver specialist product demonstrations, dealer events, customer training sessions and machinery handovers.
• Coordinate and attend agricultural shows, exhibitions, open days and promotional events.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute sales promotion activities and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Aftersales department at PÖTTINGER headquarters in Austria to ensure best-in-class technical support and 
service delivery.
• Coordinate the deployment, maintenance and movement of demonstration and promotional machinery.
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends, helping identify opportunities to improve products, services and dealer performance.

Requirements
• Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and practical experience with agricultural machinery.
• Agricultural engineering, agricultural mechanic or similar technical qualification preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to travel extensively throughout Ireland.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Full clean driving licence.
