• Very good knowledge of modern tractors & precision technology.
• Ability to manage, schedule & prioritise work.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Passionate about customer satisfaction.
• Proficient skills in IT.
• Excellent time management.
• Full clean drivers' licence.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnostic and technical support to our dealer network.
• Provide training to dealer service technicians.
• Processing of warranty claims.
• Support at shows and events.
• Drive standard improvements.
