Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager - Europe, this Farm Consultant role is part of a team that delivers leading-edge farm improvement strategies to profit-focused UK farmers.

As a LIC Farm Consultant you will continue with already developed groups and individuals as well as look for opportunities to develop and grow a client network. You will be required to share with them ongoing practical and innovative solutions, along with your knowledge and expertise, to help them build the profitability of their dairying business.

About You

To be a successful Consultant you need to have sound practical and wide theoretical knowledge of farm production and farm business management. You’ll need an understanding of New Zealand-style dairy farming and the practical application in the European context. The applicant will need to have a background in facilitation of discussion groups and an extensive knowledge of grazing systems.

To be successful at LIC means you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment and you’ll be adaptable to change. You’ll also enjoy working within a team of dedicated individuals, and be able to deliver a professional approach when working with a wide array of customers.
