What You’ll Do
• Customer Support & Partnership:
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with farmers and vets.
- Deliver tailored solutions to improve animal health, productivity, and business outcomes.
- Provide technical support, respond swiftly to queries, and offer diagnostic expertise.
- Analyse practice data to identify opportunities and customise our programmes.
• Collaboration & Training:
- Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers to implement account plans and marketing programmes.
- Share your knowledge across the team, offering training and coaching to colleagues.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders, developing annual plans and fostering partnerships.
• Expertise & Compliance:
- Stay at the forefront of veterinary science, products, and disease management.
- Ensure all activities meet the highest standards of compliance and business conduct.
- Maintain accurate records and support cross-functional teams, both locally and across Europe.

• Qualified Veterinarian:

- Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) required.
- Certificate or Specialisation in relevant disease areas is a plus.
• Experienced Practitioner:
- Background in livestock practice (cattle, sheep essential; pigs desirable).

- Excellent communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
- Skilled at translating technical details into clear, actionable advice.
• Commercially Savvy:
- Able to spot business opportunities and drive commercial success.
