Sales Manager – Argo Parts Ireland

Argo Tractors Ireland is now inviting applications for an Sales Manager (Argo Parts). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven sales professional with a proven ability to win new business and a strong technical background in agri machinery, particularly tractor spare parts.

 

The Role:

· Continue to grow sales with the existing customer base, whilst developing new business across the Irish market.

· Drive product sales to meet targets using a consultative sales approach.

· Achieve agreed sales forecasts and margin goals.

· Manage all B2B customers efficiently and professionally across the territory.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximise satisfaction and retention.

· Carry out customer stock checks, inventory analysis and handle service queries.

· Support inventory purchasing through competitor and market gap insights.

· Assist marketing and promotions with category analysis, customer feedback and market trends.

· Collaborate with sales, marketing and purchasing teams on customer-focused plans

· Implement strategic plans to deliver targeted performance.

· Maintain accurate sales, pricing and customer data using a Customer Relationship Management system.

Requirements:

· 3+ years’ sales experience in agri machinery, parts or a related agricultural sector.

· Strong technical knowledge of agri machinery spare parts.

· Proven ability to win new business in a target-driven environment.

· Excellent relationship-building, communication and planning skills.

· Self-motivated, adaptable and confident working to sales metrics.

· Participate in preparation for shows and exhibitions.
