Area Sales Manager – Amcor Agriculture -Agri Stretch Wrap & Silage Sheeting

Territory: Ireland & Scotland | Base: Ideally Ulster

Amcor Agriculture is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic  Area Sales Manager to take our HERO range of stretch wrap and silage sheeting brands (Baletite , Silotite , Visqueen etc ) to the next level across Ireland and Scotland. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your commercial drive and technical know-how will deliver  growth, strengthen partnerships, and keep our products leading as market leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Grow existing accounts and open new opportunities across your territory.
• Build strong partnerships with customers and OEMs through expert training and  technical sales support.
• Deliver engaging, practical training to improve product use, troubleshooting, and end-user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Product teams to drive innovation and market presence.
• Manage forecasts, budgets, and growth targets with confidence.
• Use customer feedback to fine-tune strategy and boost performance.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven sales success and relationship-building skills, ideally in agribusiness.
• A strong understanding of forage conservation systems and silage machinery.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with great communication and planning skills.
• HND/Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Ag Sc, or related field.
• Confident with PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
